Megan C. O'Reilly
 

Megan joined the Partnership in the summer of 2011, working with the Vice President of Strategic Communication and Marketing. She was subsequently promoted to provide government affairs support for both the Hampton Roads Partnership and the Hampton Roads Military and Federal Facilities Alliance. She is responsible for coordinating regional legislative agenda efforts as well as working with elected officials and the municipalities of Hampton Roads.

Before joining the Partnership, Megan lived in Washington, DC, where she worked for a member of The United States Congress and an international strategic communication firm representing foreign governments and Fortune 500 companies. Megan spent two years in France with the U.S. Embassy in Paris and the International Chamber of Commerce while completing a Master of Arts in Global Communications at The American University of Paris. She has an undergraduate degree in Public Relations from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee.
