MODSIM World Conference & Expositionâ„¢ is led by the Center for Public/Private Partnership, Inc. (CP3). CP3 is organized and operated to enhance regional cooperation and promote economic improvement in the Hampton Roads, Virginia region by developing, promoting, facilitating, and implementing opportunities for partnering federal, state, and local governmental entities, including the military, and privately-owned business entities. Hampton Roads, Virginia is one of the top three areas in the country for the modeling and simulation industry. CP3 is established as a non-profit organization under Section 501(c)(6) of the federal income tax code.
